Chuck a Luck is an exciting game played with a wired birdcage that holds three dice. The birdcage resembles an hourglass. The Chuck a Luck dealer turns over the hourglass and three dice fall to the bottom cage. Whatever faces show on the three dice after they land are the winners.

If you place your Chuck a Luck wager on any of the six numbered squares known as the "Numbers Bet" you will win according to how many dice show the number you bet on.

Chuck a Luck - Numbers Bet - Players bet on which face will appear. Say you bet that the dice will show a 2. If one die does, you are paid off at even money; if two dice do, you are paid off at two to one, and if all three dice show a 2, you are paid off at ten to one (four to one in a real casino giving them an edge of 7.87 percent).

Chuck a Luck - Field Bet - If you place your wager on the "Field" area then you are betting that all three dice will add up to one of the numbers featured on the "Field." It doesn't matter where on the "Field" you place the bet, if the point total of the dice is anywhere in the "Field" you will be paid evens on your wager.

Chuck a Luck - Over 10 and Under 11 - If you place your bet in any of the two "Over 10" or "Under 11" squares, then you are wagering that the sum total of the dice will be greater than 10 or less than 11, respe.ctively. The payoff in both cases is evens.
